Delivery Policy
The platform is a digital service. There is nothing to ship, and this page explains when and how you get access.
1. What you are buying
A subscription to online software. Nothing physical is sent to you and there are no delivery charges.
2. When you get access
Access is set up on your account after your onboarding call. Once it is active you use the platform in your browser and no download or installation is needed.
If you have paid and cannot get in, email support@gmbsoftware.co and we will sort it out. If we cannot give you access at all, that is a case where we refund you.
3. How long access lasts
For as long as your subscription is active. It ends at the end of the billing period in which you cancel.
4. What you need
A modern browser and an internet connection. For the profile and review features you also need a Google Business Profile you own or are authorised to manage.
5. Service area
The platform is available wherever you can reach it online. Search data coverage varies by country, and you can check coverage for your market before you commit.
